Marshall & Swift products receive a 30-day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the full purchase price. In order to receive the refund, you will need to return the product to Marshall & Swift.

All returns must be postmarked on or before the 30-day guarantee expires or you will not be refunded, and the product will be returned. Upon returning the product, you will also need to call our sales and service department at 800/544-2678 from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm PST to request the refund. You will be refunded after we receive the product.
